The warranty on our jewelry covers: a manufacturing defect, a defect in the stone setting or a defect in the plating while the piece is still in its packaging. In such an exceptional case we will provide you with a repair of the piece or a new piece identical to the defective model

Of course, it can be exchanged for another item of equal value, or a more expensive one for an additional payment.

Inspection and handling of a piece of jewelry take between 7 and 21 business days.

The warranty provides full coverage for any zirconia stone that falls out during one year from the date of purchase

Did the piece break/bend?

In that case we will make the effort to give you on-the-spot service at no cost.

If it cannot be repaired on the spot, your piece will be sent for repair by a professional goldsmith at a cost of ₪20 to ₪40. Depending on the material and the time invested in the repair.

The warranty does not cover:

Cases where the jewelry came into contact with one of the following substances: pool water, sea water, jacuzzi, spa, baths, salts, chlorine, cleaning agents, cosmetic products.
